We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Trainer – E-Commerce to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating training programs, enhancing employee skills, and ensuring learning effectiveness within customer service and e-commerce operations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2nd year college level or a college graduate
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Trainer (but can be a trainer for any customer service accounts)
  • Background in retail is an advantage, but not required
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Willing to conduct a demo session based on a customer service approach
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City and on night/shifting schedules.
