We're urgently hiring a Communication Skills Trainer to join our dynamic healthcare BPO team in Cebu If you have a passion for developing others and helping professionals communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy, we'd love to have you on board.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver engaging classroom and virtual sessions on communication, active listening, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Customize training to fit specific healthcare roles such as Intake, VOB, CSR, A/R, and Billing.
  • Conduct live demos, role-plays, and simulations to strengthen communication skills.
  • Collaborate with trainers and instructional designers to create and improve learning materials.
  • Assess communication performance and provide coaching and actionable feedback.
  • Track trainee progress, maintain documentation, and report training outcomes.
  • Recommend curriculum improvements based on trainee performance and client feedback.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in communication or soft skills training, preferably in a BPO or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with healthcare communication scenarios is a plus.
  • Proficient in using LMS platforms and tools like PowerPoint or Articulate 360.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, English, or a related field preferred.
