Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide frontline assistance for car park access, pricing, and service inquiries while ensuring accurate logging, troubleshooting, and compliance. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 6 months of BPO customer service experience.
  • Solid CSR background with no short employment stints
  • Strong customer service skills in handling inquiries and concerns
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas
  • Flexibility to work on shifting schedules
  • Familiarity with intercom systems, control center operations, or IT service desk processes (an advantage but not required)

Your Daily Tasks

  • Answer intercom inquiries regarding car park access, pricing, accounts, vouchers, lockouts, and services for Voyager and Legacy car parks
  • Provide clear, professional, and positive customer assistance
  • Log and categorize customer interactions accurately using correct wrap codes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary
  • Process manual payments securely in compliance with privacy regulations and PCI standards
  • Report and track equipment faults through the IT service desk
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to escalate and resolve service disruptions
  • Follow approved scripts, SOPs, and templates to maintain service consistency
  • Adhere to SLAs by ensuring prompt response and resolution of inquiries
  • Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and system updates
  • Contribute to a clean and organized control room environment
