Job Description

As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead recruitment strategies for healthcare professionals, manage compliance with government contracts, and build pipelines that deliver impact. Your leadership ensures smooth processes, high-quality hires, and meaningful results.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on government contracts.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare job descriptions and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with U.S. states and government agencies.
  • Proven success in high-volume healthcare recruitment.
  • Excellent sourcing, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in ATS, job boards, social media, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP, PHR) or healthcare staffing-related certification.
  • Experience with federal healthcare contracts such as VA, DoD, or HHS.
  • Familiarity with EEO, OFCCP, and affirmative action guidelines.
  • Understanding of physician certification requirements (DEA, CSR, NPDB, NPI, SAM, Tricare).
  • Working knowledge of government security and credentialing processes.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain healthcare professionals for government contracts.
  • Source, screen, and interview qualified healthcare candidates in compliance with government contract requirements.
  • Ensure hiring practices align with federal, state, and contract-specific regulations.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, HR teams, and hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and allied staff.
  • Maintain accurate records, generate recruitment reports, and analyze hiring metrics to improve outcomes.
  • Deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and staffing partners as needed.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and meet contract obligations.
