About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead/Trainer to manage and develop a telesales team focused on selling hotel stay packages for U.S.-based hospitality clients. The ideal candidate has strong telesales expertise and a proven ability to train, coach, and motivate junior sales representatives to achieve targets.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and train a team of junior telesales representatives.
  • Oversee daily sales activities and ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide sales feedback and mentoring.
  • Develop sales scripts and training materials aligned with client standards.
  • Coordinate closely with management to improve conversion rates and team performance.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of telesales experience, preferably in the U.S. hotel/hospitality industry.
  • 1–2 years of experience leading and training telesales teams.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu on a night shift schedule.
  • Highly competitive compensation, commensurate to experience

Location: Cebu City (Onsite)

Schedule: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
