We are looking for Admin Assistant to join our growing team
Basic Qualification:
- Graduate of BS in Business Administration and or other related courses
- At least 2 years of work experience in relevant capacity; 1 year preferably in the BPO setting
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa on a shifting schedule
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational and Administrative Support
- Act as a central liaison for the Channel Manager, team members, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Manage all administrative tasks, including generating and tracking tickets for IT issues, processing payments, and handling purchase orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for asset-related inquiries and provide support for new hire onboarding and project launches.
Data Management and Reporting
- Prepare and present data-driven reports for weekly, monthly, and annual business reviews.
- Consolidate and validate data from various sources, including reports from supervisors and confidential employee files, to maintain accurate records and support incentive programs.
Financial Oversight
- Prepare the annual budget for the Channel Manager.
- Analyze financial trends, validate expenses, and request additional budget allocations as needed.
Personnel and Performance Management
- Oversee employee performance tracking by monitoring the completion of APMS (Annual Performance Management System) and compiling scores for promotions and evaluations.
- Assist with recruitment, from monitoring manpower requests to screening applicants, while maintaining strict confidentiality of personnel files.
Engagement and Environmental Initiatives
- Lead and coordinate channel-wide engagement activities and meetings.
- Act as the channel's representative for all Environmental Management System (EMS) programs, managing documentation and relaying updates to the team.
