Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Assistant, located in Alabang, Muntinlupa Philippines. The HR & Admin Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of HR and administrative tasks. This includes assisting with recruitment processes, managing employee records, facilitating communication within the company, providing customer service, and supporting executive staff with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) skills
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- Experience in similar administrative or HR roles beneficial
