Admin Assistant

We are looking for a General Admin Staff who can assist us in our company's day-to-day operations. The duties typically include managing communications, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and providing general support to staff. Knowledge in Real Estate and Construction is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Management: Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence, both incoming and outgoing.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining organized files, both physical and digital, including documents, reports, and databases.
- Scheduling:Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Office Support: Assisting with tasks like ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating with vendors.
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately entering and managing data in various systems and spreadsheets.
- Document Preparation: Creating, formatting, and preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Client/Customer Interaction:Greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing information to clients or customers.
- Other Support: Depending on the organization, this may include assisting with HR tasks, financial tasks, or other administrative functions.
