Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital).
  • Support in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and staff movement forms.
  • Help organize training sessions, team-building activities, and performance appraisals.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies and ensure timely procurement and inventory control.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.
  • Support communication and coordination between departments and external vendors.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible.

Fleet Management:

  • Monitor and manage the company's vehicle fleet, including maintenance schedules, repairs, insurance, and registration.
  • Maintain detailed records of fuel consumption, mileage logs, and servicing.
  • Ensure compliance with local transport regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition and routes are managed efficiently.
  • Report on fleet performance and costs to management regularly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role (fleet management experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
