Job Purpose


•Supports the Department Head in implementing and providing inputs to new products/businesses and enhancements to current product and systems covered by the loans product life-cycle.


•Assists the Department Head in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.


•Conducts research to assess product/business viability.


•Develops business model, identifies target market, product positioning, business strategy and business requirements of new and current products/business.


•Responsible for coordinating and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


•Closely works and collaborates with the Department Head to support project planning, execution, and monitoring, while also taking on leadership responsibilities within the team.

Job Requirements


•Must be a graduate of Commerce or Business Management, Information Technology or Engineering


•At least 5 years' experience in R&D for innovation projects, product development or project management preferably in banking, financial or telecommunications industry; was able to conceptualize and develop new products for previous companies; exposure to agile project management methodology is an advantage.

Must have passion for innovation, able to come up with ideas, strategize and put it into action
