Role Summary:

As a
Junior Business Analyst/Architect

, you will play a key role in
bridging strategy and execution

, supporting digital transformation initiatives for our clients. You will be responsible for
conducting business analysis, documenting requirements, defining processes

, and
collaborating with both business and technical teams

.

This is a
full-time onsite role under staff augmentation

, meaning you will be
deployed to client projects

and work closely with client teams on-site as part of Sinag Solutions' consulting engagements.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop a business architecture strategy based on business scenarios and goals.
  • Apply structured methodologies to capture enterprise views and governance metrics.
  • Document business functions, processes, and relationships across business units.
  • Support business process mapping and re-engineering initiatives.
  • Collaborate with domain and solution architects to deliver business architecture artifacts.
  • Analyze and improve process maturity and performance.
  • Present recommendations and standardized business architecture outputs.
  • Support project delivery, ensuring alignment with client strategy and objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Open to
    fresh graduates

and applicants with
1–2 years of experience

in Business Analysis or Process Analysis.
- Knowledge of
Enterprise Architecture (EA)

concepts and frameworks is a plus.
- Strong skills in
process mapping

and
workflow analysis

.
- Excellent
analytical, communication, and facilitation

skills.
- Proficiency in
MS Visio

, LucidChart,

or similar tools.

Work Set-up:

  • Full-time onsite role

as
staff augmentation

for clients.
- May involve deployment to client offices within Metro Manila.
