Business Development Executive / Manager (IT Industry)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Business Development professional to join our growing team in Manila. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in IT industry sales, particularly in staffing solutions and project-based services. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, especially within the banking and financial services domain.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote our IT staffing and project services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized business proposals and solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities to identify potential leads.
  • Meet and exceed sales and business development targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Atleast 3 years of experience in business development or IT sales, with proven success in generating new business.
  • Strong network and connections within the IT and/or banking industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with or selling to banking clients.
  • Exposure to both staffing and project-based IT solutions.
