Job Purpose


•Collaborates with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for projects


•Collects and analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

•Acts as a liaison between business users and the development team, ensuring clear and effective communication


•Prepares reports, user stories, and other documentation to communicate findings and requirements


•Assists in testing activities to validate that the developed solutions meet business requirements


•Identifies problems, propose solutions, and contribute to decision-making processes


•Looks for ways to streamline processes and enhance the organization's business operations

Job Requirements


•Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science


•3+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity


•High proficiency with SQL language and database management


•Practical experience generating process documentation and reports


•Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights


•Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management


•Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions


•Extensive experience with data visualization


•Highly proficient technical writing capabilities and advanced technical skills


•Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
