We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Business Development Officer to support our business growth strategies. You will assist the Business Development team in identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and executing sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and generating new business leads

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Support the development of sales and marketing materials

Help manage client relationships and follow-up communications

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports

Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and deliverables

Maintain and update CRM systems and client databases

Attend industry events and networking opportunities when required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales environment

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and within a team

Strong organizational and time-management abilities
