Key Accounts Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate will handle and maintain strong business relationships with Robinsons Supermarket. He/She will lead negotiations, plan, and organize sales activities, and manage administrative and trade operations. The role includes developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets and improve overall account performance. The Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions, trade programs, and other sales initiatives. He/She will also monitor sales results, analyze market trends, and look for new opportunities to grow the business. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are required, along with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
He/She must meet the following qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course or equivalent years of service to the company
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively is essential, along with demonstrated leadership qualities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required
- Able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, and adapt to fast-paced work environments
- Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and professional growth will be considered an asset.
