Guides clients on optimal recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, managing the full process of identifying, attracting, and hiring talent. This role reports directly to the Recruitment Lead.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's search mandate, including their business nature, organizational structure, corporate culture, job descriptions, qualification profiles, and other relevant details.
  • Maintain close interaction with clients to discuss search progress, exercising independent judgment to address client needs and queries effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth research into competitors and market trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies based on client requirements.
  • Define or refine job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with clients during calibration meetings.
  • Oversee multiple recruitment assignments, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to placement:
  • Identify potential candidates using various channels, including social networks and other relevant platforms.
  • Actively engage in external recruitment initiatives such as collaborations with local recruitment agencies (LRAs), job fairs, and related events.
  • Conduct detailed interviews, providing comprehensive assessment and evaluation reports for endorsed candidates.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients for consideration.
  • Perform reference checks as required.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
  • Manage job order status and maintain full oversight of the Applicant Tracking System (i-Search):
  • Accurately input and maintain participant information in the system.
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive data.

Serves as the primary point of contact with the client, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
