Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS platforms. The Recruiter will play a key role in building a talented workforce by leveraging innovative recruiting techniques and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels including social media management, job boards, campus recruitment, and cold calling.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding new hires.
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicant flow and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate employment contracts and employment & labor law compliance to ensure legal adherence.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through lead generation and succession planning initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide strategic HR sourcing support.
- Manage employee orientation programs and assist in employee evaluation processes to support employee relations and development.
- Stay informed about industry trends in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, HR sourcing, and talent management to continuously improve recruitment practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting across various domains including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques such as social media management, research methods, cold calling, and relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php60,000.00 per year
