What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming customer calls promptly and courteously
  2. Listening actively to understand customer needs and concerns
  3. Providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer inquiries
  4. Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  6. Continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
