Personal Assistant (Remote – Philippines)

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a UK-based recruitment agency with day-to-day administrative and candidate sourcing tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is confident using LinkedIn to identify and approach potential candidates, and who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Role: Personal Assistant (Remote)Location: Philippines (Home-based)Hours: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible, with some UK timezone overlap)Start Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other online platforms
- Send LinkedIn messages and follow-ups to potential candidates
- Carry out research tasks, data entry and maintain candidate records
- Manage calendar scheduling, emails and general administrative support
- Prepare basic reports, documents and updates when required
Requirements:
- Must have an active LinkedIn profile
- Previous experience in admin, recruitment support, virtual assistance, or similar roles
- Strong written English and confident communication skills
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Must have own laptop/PC and reliable internet connection
- High attention to detail, organised and proactive working style
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools
- Experience supporting UK or international clients
- Recruitment or HR support background
