Sales Account Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Report to assigned supervising officers and stakeholders.
  • Manage existing and new clients, and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Actively generate quality leads using different channels to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Set up meetings and build rapport with potential clients, and strengthen business relationships.
  • Proactively look for bidding opportunities and facilitate the presentation of proposals.
  • Assist supervising officers in creating cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and managing budgets.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring business goals are met.
  • Assist in the management and implementation of assigned accounts and projects.
  • Strengthen business relationships and maintain close communication with clients to ensure high-quality results.
  • Serve as liaison between clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
  • Discuss project briefs with creatives and other internal teams on behalf of the clients.
  • Create quick sheets, job orders (JOs), reports, and other documents to ensure projects are completed on time, meet high standards, and remain within budget.
  • Gather feedback, address complaints, resolve issues, and manage delays in projects.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, strategies, and technologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, economics, or a related field.
  • Requires 1 to 2 years of solid experience as an Account Executive, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role within the industry.
  • Capable of effectively communicating, presenting, and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Is keen on details and organized.
  • Is good at prioritizing and time management.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Has good interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to build rapport with both clients and suppliers quickly.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Teams, and other online meeting and collaboration platforms.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
  • Is willing to learn and adapt.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
