- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Expected salary: ₱100,000 - ₱150,000 per month
Lead and manage the Corporate, Digital, and International Sales Group.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, targets, and budgets.
- Structure and strengthen the sales organization for efficiency and growth.
- Create, analyze, and present sales dashboards, metrics, and executive reports.
- Coordinate with Training, Marketing, and Project Development teams to align initiatives.
- Provide strategic leadership and accountability to drive performance and results.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC/DHSUD Registered).
- College Graduate (any business or related course preferred).
- Previous Organic Executive-level sales leadership experience with a real estate developer.
- Strong background in sales planning, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Strategic, analytical, and leadership-driven, with a strong sense of accountability.
