The role

Top 1 Cosmetics And Skin Care Manufacturing Co. is seeking a talented and driven Account Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Novaliches, Quezon City. As an Account Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and driving sales growth within your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers
  2. Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  3. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and strategic account planning
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  5. Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process to convert them into new accounts
  6. Provide regular updates and insights to the management team on customer trends, competitive landscape, and market developments
  7. Contribute to the overall sales strategy and help shape the future direction of the company

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an account management or sales executive role, preferably in the cosmetics or skin care industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  3. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  5. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Familiar with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  8. WILLING TO WORK IN NOVALICHES QUEZON CITY
