JOB OBJECTIVE

  • Responsible for overseeing all engineering, maintenance, and repair operations within the facility. This position ensures that all equipment, utilities, and building systems are functioning efficiently and safely to support continuous store or production operations.
  • Leads a team of technicians, assigns maintenance schedules, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with company standards, preventive maintenance programs, and government safety regulations.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise daily activities of maintenance and engineering personnel.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Ensure proper operation and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors or suppliers for major repairs, installations, or improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and utilities consumption.
  • Monitor safety procedures and enforce compliance with company and government regulations.
  • Support store or plant operations to minimize downtime and improve energy efficiency.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and recommend technical improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
  • Licensed Engineer preferred but not required.
  • With at least 2–3 years of supervisory or technical experience in facilities or equipment maintenance.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledgeable in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
