Job Description:

As an Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering Intern, you will assist the company with tasks set by the BD - Maintenance Department, which include supporting the development of service offerings (tendering) primarily related to power and facilities maintenance. You will also help in coordinating and communicating with various departments, as well as developing professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Scope:

  • Assist in developing service offerings (tendering) primarily related to power and facilities maintenance, including but not limited to communication, coordination, and professional relationship development.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing information from ACI departments to support project and service development activities.
  • Support documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks related to ongoing projects and tenders.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/s as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Must be willing to report in Davao City and travel to different project sites when necessary.
  • Can complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Possesses good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
