The role involves managing production teams, maintaining workflow, and meeting production targets. Location Requirement: Must be willing to work in Sasa, Davao. Job Description A Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. They manage production teams, coordinate workflow, and ensure that production targets are met within deadlines. The role involves supervising staff, enforcing company policies, and implementing process improvements. Additionally, they ensure compliance with safety regulations and exhibit strong leadership and problem‑solving skills. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity. Collaborate with other departments to resolve production bottlenecks. Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory. Handle personnel issues, such as performance reviews, employee relations, and motivation. Training and Support Supervise, train, and evaluate production team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any course related to the food industry. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Coordinator. Skills and Knowledge: Familiar with forecasting activities and managing bottleneck operations. Familiar with root cause analysis and time and motion studies. Experienced in the implementation of policies. Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients. Strong leadership and team management skills.
