DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Promote and sell products to customers and offers service design, standardization, and customization.
  2. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing trends and results.
  3. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sakes quotas for regions and territories, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  4. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
  5. Mentoring, leading and coaching all Sales Executive.
  6. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, developing budgets, supply and demand.
  7. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate custromer needs.
  8. Performing sales prospecting activities on a routine basis and providing competitive marketr feedback.
  9. Creating and managing overall action plans exceed quota for your territory.
  10. Prepare Unit Sales Reports Mancom, Unit sales weekly updates and forecast yearly.
  11. Ensures sto0ck inventory and back orders status.
  12. Build and maintain positive work relationship with customer to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management/Administration.

Work Experience:

  • At least Two (2) Year related automotive (Trucks and Buses) / Heavy Equipment Sales.
  • 2 — 3 Years supervisory experience.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge in Auto, trucks, and bus specifictions.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent in communication and written skills.
  • Basic knowlegde in designing and customizing units.
  • Creating and implementing a sales plan.
  • Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress.
