Job description
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant machinery, equipment, facilities, and the physical condition of buildings.
  • Ensure smooth operations of Bestank service centers, focusing on technician performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement an effective Annual Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all assets.
  • Plan and execute corrective maintenance programs that are cost-efficient and responsive.
  • Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Set goals, prioritize tasks, and guide the technical team in achieving departmental objectives.
  • Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to detect defects or potential issues.
  • Present technical proposals, reports, and safety/security measures to Regional Branch Heads or Directors.
  • Coordinate and manage engineering activities related to events, programs, and special projects.
  • Perform administrative functions such as report writing, budget reviews, procurement approvals, and policy enforcement.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the engineering team to maintain high performance standards.
  • Supervise installation, testing, operation, and repair of equipment, facilities, and company vehicles.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Licensed Engineer preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as an Engineering Supervisor or in a similar field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.
  • Experience in supervising, evaluating performance, and handling administrative duties.
  • Willing to be assigned to Mandaue, Cebu City.
  • Can start immediately.
