Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure that all equipment, facilities, and utilities operate efficiently and safely. The role involves planning preventive maintenance schedules, supervising repair works, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily maintenance operations, including electrical, mechanical, and facility maintenance activities.
  • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Assign and monitor work orders, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Conduct regular inspection of equipment, tools, and facilities to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations during all maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments for maintenance requests and support operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, including logs, reports, and inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and recommend cost-effective solutions for equipment repair or replacement.
  • Supervise and evaluate performance of maintenance staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical ( Preferably with Engineering License)
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and facility systems.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals.
  • Proficient in maintenance software and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of occupational safety and health standards.
