Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our warehouse operations in Davao. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards in safety, accuracy, and productivity.

The ideal candidate has proven expertise in warehouse and logistics management, team supervision, and process optimization. This position requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of leading warehouse teams, implementing best practices, and coordinating closely with supply chain and distribution functions.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
  • Strong background in inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse layout optimization.
  • Experience in distribution coordination, dispatch planning, and team supervision.
  • Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or ERP platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Mindset: Proactive, reliable, and results-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Location: Must be based in Davao and willing to work onsite full-time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
