Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Oversee performance management systems, employee appraisals, and career development programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.
  • Keep records of staff attendance, leave, and other personnel records.

Administrative Management:

  • Supervise and manage daily administrative operations to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Oversee procurement and management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Maintain company documents, records, and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and support logistics for meetings, travel, and events.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contracts and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
  • Ensure health and safety compliance in the workplace.
  • Assist with organizational communication, memos, and internal announcements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven work experience (5+ years) in Human Resources and Administration or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR practices, and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
