Job Functions

Business Development:

  1. Lead all Business Development and Business Transformation planning
  2. Recommend new business trends, market trends, platforms
  3. Research and recommend innovations that will improve or advance the current service offerings of AMI
  4. Research and analyze data and recommend changes to optimize results and/or business growth
  5. Conduct market research and studies to support business decisions
  6. Make calls, reach out and communicate to prospective clients promptly and if business exigencies so require.
  7. Follow up prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure that needs are being met.
  8. Assists in presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective clients.
  9. Develops sales strategies and set quotas.
  10. Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
  11. Maintaining a database of contact information.
  12. Builds long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.

Activation & Project Management  Management

  1. Determine parameters, policies and procedures of events plan
  2. Design, program and produce events
  3. Develop and implement a marketing plan
  4. Develop and produce promotional materials and presentations
  5. Develop a risk management plan
  6. Solicit event donors, sponsors and participation by merchants
  7. Oversee the financial management of events
  8. Provides support for clients by learning about satisfying their needs.
  9. Oversee the on-day logistics of all events, run the pre and post event follow-up with participants, and evaluate events. Manage the events commitments, attend internal and external events coordination meetings

Qualifications:

  1. With business development and fmcg experience.
  2. Ideally with experience in agency set up , handling multiple projects and clients management.
