About the role
As a full-time Business Development Manager at Mr. Quickie Corporation, you will play a vital role in driving new business growth and expansion for our leading quick service repair brand. Based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new partnerships and revenue opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively prospecting and networking to build a pipeline of new business leads
- Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to win new clients and contracts
- Negotiating and closing deals with new partners and customers
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other teams to support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management
- Maintaining detailed records of all prospecting and sales activities
- Identifying new market trends and competitive insights to inform the business development strategy
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in new business development, preferably within the retail or service industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and articulate complex business requirements
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Resilient and driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and growing the business
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
