We're looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Executive Secretary to assist management with administrative and coordination tasks. You will serve as a key support person, ensuring smooth communication, organized scheduling, timely research and follow-ups on important matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and reminders
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Draft and manage communications, emails, and reports
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
  • Handle confidential documents and company records
  • Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and key business tasks
  • Assist in travel arrangements and occasional errands

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Office Admin, etc.)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a secretary or admin assistant
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented
  • Fast learner, proactive, and professional in conduct
