This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and providing administrative assistance to the team or executive(s).
Develop and maintain organized electronic and physical filing and record-keeping systems.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist with general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and data entry.
Process and document expenses, invoices, and purchase orders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or a similar clerical role.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Office Administration or secretarial studies is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar office software.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to be proactive and work independently with minimal supervision.
