SENIOR HR OFFICER / SENIOR HR & ADMIN SPECIALIST
Position Overview
The Senior HR Officer is responsible for leading and executing core human resources functions, including payroll administration, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. The role also oversees offboarding, employee inquiries, crisis-response planning, and internal events. This position requires strong judgment, confidentiality, critical thinking, and the ability to lead the HR Team while ensuring a supportive, compliant, and employee-centered workplace.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for managerial and critical positions.
• Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and coaching.
• Review, update, and implement HR policies aligned with Philippines labor regulations and company standards in DOLE.
• Administer payroll processing accurately and on time, ensuring full statutory compliance.
• Lead exit procedures, conduct offboarding interviews, and ensure proper clearance workflows.
• Attend to employee inquiries and provide timely, employee-friendly support.
• Manage timekeeping, benefits administration, and personnel documentation.
• Develop and execute company events, engagement activities, and employee recognition programs.
• Create and implement contingency plans during crises or emergencies, including communication protocols and workforce support strategies.
• Drive HR initiatives related to engagement, retention, and organizational development.
• Advise management on HR risks, workforce planning, and employee well-being.
• Support training programs and capability-building initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the HR Team in daily operations and strategic projects.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights for management decision-making.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead HR role.
• Strong background in payroll processing, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Experience conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute company events and employee engagement programs.
• Strong critical-thinking skills, especially in creating contingency plans during crises.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Employee-friendly approach while maintaining fairness and objectivity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience or proven ability to guide an HR team.
