Position: Senior Recruitment Specialist (Up to ₱55K)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (PH Time)

Work setup: Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead high impact hiring initiatives and drive talent acquisition excellence across the organization.

This role requires strong business partnering skills, advanced recruitment expertise, and the ability to influence leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategies. You will mentor junior team members, manage complex hiring needs, and play a key role in shaping the company's talent pipeline and employer brand.

In this role, you will: 

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Own and execute recruitment strategies for entire departments or business units.
  • Partner with CAA to understand client's role requirements and preferences.
  • Manage executive, specialized, and high-impact roles.

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Lead initiatives to streamline recruitment processes and implement automation tools.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow enhancement and efficiency gains.
  • Promote data-driven hiring practices and best-in-class recruitment standards.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor and train junior recruiters to improve sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, candidate evaluation, and pipeline management.
  • Support workload distribution and team capacity planning.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights and recommendations to upper management.
  • Monitor hiring bottlenecks and lead initiatives to optimize the recruitment performance.

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Develop and execute employer branding campaigns to strengthen market presence.
  • Work with Marketing team to build compelling recruitment content.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and professional networking events.

Candidate & Client Insight Gathering

  • Attend Validation Interviews to assess candidate fit, gather deeper behavioral insights, and support interview panels in decision-making.
  • Assist in Client Interviews to understand client expectations, decision-making preferences, and role-specific needs.
  • Use insights gathered to refine sourcing strategies, candidate preparation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Discuss consultative recommendations based on interview observations and candidate performance patterns.

Offer Management & Strategic Negotiation

  • Lead complex offer negotiations with senior-level and hard-to-fill candidates.
  • Ensure alignment between candidate expectations, internal policies, and market data.
  • Support long-term talent acquisition planning, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence.

We're Looking for Someone Who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including senior level to executive level or specialized hiring.
  • Experience in recruiting for accounting and financial roles (highly preferred).
  • Proven success collaborating with senior leaders and influencing hiring strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment metrics and data insights.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior recruiters or other recruitment team members.
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office.

Non-Negotiables:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, account managers and clients for some purposes.
  • High level of organization, with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
