1. Recruitment and Onboarding Support
· Coordinate with internal recruitment for job postings, candidate scheduling, and applicant tracking. Assist in pre-employment processing, background verification, and preparation of employment documents.
· Facilitate a smooth onboarding process and update the Onboarding Checklist for new hires in coordination with the HR Manager.
· Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records within internal systems (e.g., HR databases, trackers, and documentation logs)
2. HR Administration and Operations
· Maintain and update employee 201 files, HRIS records (Sprout), and internal HR databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
· Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as employment certificates, PANs, memos, and other official correspondence.
· Consolidate HR reports, employee lists, and audit requirements.
· Handle general employee queries and HR service requests in a professional and service-oriented manner.
· Support performance management processes, including the release, collection, and tracking of evaluation feedback.
· Perform general administrative management tasks and other HR duties as assigned from time to time.
3. Employee Engagement and Communications
· Plan and coordinate company events, training sessions, and employee engagement programs in collaboration with the HR Manager.
· Design and produce HR presentations, communication materials, and visual collaterals (e.g., HR campaigns, internal updates, and Client Request Catalogue) using Canva and other creative tools.
· Promote a positive workplace culture by assisting in the rollout of HR-led activities and internal communications initiatives.
4. Payroll and Benefits Support
· Assist in monitoring the timekeeping, attendance, and leave and attendance updates to ensure accurate payroll processing.
· Assist in the administration and documentation of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), HMO monitoring, and other company benefits.
· Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and deductions in coordination with the HR Manager.
