We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives. Your ability to combine strong sales expertise with industry insights will be essential in expanding our client base and reinforcing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize lead generation techniques and sales strategies to uncover and pursue business development opportunities
- Identify and engage new clients to drive organizational growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Follow up with clients regarding payments, addressing and resolving any payment-related concerns promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to align healthcare expertise with business development goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitors to guide strategic planning and decision-making
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience preferably in healthcare or a related field
- Skilled in inbound/outbound sales calls and client communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation ability
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficient in lead generation, email marketing, and client acquisition strategies
- Target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work night shifts (U.S. business hours)
- Must be able to start immediately
