Job description:

TalentsThatFit is an outsourcing company based in the Philippines that provides cost-effective HR and EOR services to businesses who are scaling their team here in the Philippines. At TalentsThatFit, we prioritize relationship building with our clients, our internal team, and the talents that we serve.

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design, manage, and deliver impactful training programs. This is a remote position requiring experience in instructional design, LMS administration, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Management & Training
  • Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Upload, organize, and track training modules and learner progress
  • Provide technical support for LMS users
  • Instructional Design & Content Creation
  • Design engaging training programs and eLearning materials
  • Apply adult learning principles in developing content
  • Create multimedia learning resources (presentations, videos, infographics)
  • Project Management & Evaluation
  • Coordinate training projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
  • At least 3 years' experience in Learning & Development
  • Portfolio showcasing instructional design and training projects
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and eLearning tools (Articulate, Camtasia, etc.)
  • Strong communication, graphic design, and project management skills

Portfolio / Sample Requirements:

  • Samples of training modules or instructional design projects
  • Examples of eLearning content or multimedia training materials

Working Arrangements:

  • Remote, full-time position
  • Flexible schedule with availability to collaborate across time zones
