Position Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our partner growth strategy. In this role, you'll own the acquisition and scaling of new business while managing a team of Business Development Specialists who support prospecting and outreach.
You'll be both a player and a coach — driving deals yourself while building and mentoring a high-performing BD team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Business Development Specialists to hit outreach and pipeline targets.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Acquire and grow partnerships with enterprise, retail, and e-commerce partners.
- Ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with Partner Operations.
- Build long-term relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Marketing to align partner needs with solutions.
- Track pipeline, performance, and KPIs using CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php Php1,000.00 per day
