Employee Relations Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Mediate disputes between employees and management, acting as an impartial advisor to resolve conflicts constructively and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Help develop and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and to foster a supportive workplace.
- Offer guidance, counseling, and support to employees on various workplace issues, promoting employee engagement and morale.
- Maintain employee files, conduct exit interviews, and collect and analyze employee data to identify trends and develop strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
