Employee Relations Officer

Conflict resolution: Resolve employee grievances and conflicts
· Investigations: Conduct thorough and impartial investigations
· Communication: Establish open channels of communication and encourage feedback from employees
· Policies: Develop and implement policies that promote a healthy workplace culture
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
· Employee records: Maintain employee records, including personal details and emergency contacts
· Training and development: Oversee employee training
· Recruitment: Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes
· Background checks: Perform employee background checks
· Counseling: Provide counseling services to employees

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
· Strong problem-solving abilities
· Empathy
· Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in employee relations
· Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role
