Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Parañaque for a Junior Sous Chef. The Junior Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, supervise kitchen staff, ensure kitchen cleanliness, and maintain high food quality standards. The role involves menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Junior Sous Chef will also manage inventory and assist in staff training and development.
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills and experience in menu planning and food preparation
- Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
