  • Culinary Arts Diploma or Degree (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen in western or asian or italian cuisine.
  • Atleast 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef

Job Description:

  • Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks.
  • Ensure food preparation meets quality and presentation standards.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe development.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock rotation.
  • Enforce hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Step in for the Head Chef when absent.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Handle time-sensitive and high-pressure cooking during service.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
