Job Qualification:
- Culinary Arts Diploma or Degree (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen in western or asian or italian cuisine.
- Atleast 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef
Job Description:
- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks.
- Ensure food preparation meets quality and presentation standards.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe development.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock rotation.
- Enforce hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Step in for the Head Chef when absent.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Handle time-sensitive and high-pressure cooking during service.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
