Supervise prep, production, and line execution to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Manage kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate purchasing and costing. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen team members to uphold performance and professionalism. Support the Head Chef in menu testing, recipe standardization, and new product development. Participate in administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting. Qualifications Culinary Arts graduate or equivalent hands-on experience in a professional kitchen. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a CDP, Junior Sous Chef or Executive Chef. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a calm, organized approach under pressure. Knowledge in both hot kitchen and dessert preparation is an advantage. Passion for creating modern comfort food that connects emotionally with guests.
