Must be a true team player as results are obtained through the efforts of others - internally within the team and externally with clients.
Must have experience working with HOAs and Condo board associations understanding and managing the balance between touching every aspect of a community on a personal levels as well as a professional level in constant day-to-day operations with varied unexpected issues that arise and ability to reprioritize demands.
Responsibilities would include but not limited to working with HOA/Condo board to ensure the community is taken care of through project management, communication management, financial management, conflict management, and operations management.
Example of financial management would be negotiating contacts, selecting suppliers, and making sure projects stay within budget.
Examples of communication management would be ensuring compliance with the association's rules and regulations.
Examples of conflict management: Resolving parking disputes and noise violations
Examples of operations management overseeing management of landscaping in the summer, plowing in the winter, year-round trash pick-up, building repairs and vendor selection and completion of each associated task.
GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES
Basic housekeeping tasks such as:
1. Meeting with residents, work crews, & board members
2. Preparing & filing paperwork (i.e., audits, spreadsheets, work orders)
3. Answering phone calls & emails
4. Availability to attend and run association/board meetings onsite or virtually that generally happen nights and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Php5.00 - Php20.00 per hour
