We partner with builders, architects, engineers, HVAC companies and homeowners, delivering Manual J load calculations, energy calculations, duct design and expert‑level HVAC design while keeping the process as stress‑free (and fun) as possible.

We're headquartered in Florida but operate 100 % remotely, and much of our team is in the Philippines. We value loyalty, professionalism and a no‑entitlement attitude; our Filipino team members have consistently exemplified these traits. We take our work seriously, but ourselves? Not so much.

What You'll Do

As our CEO, you'll be my replacement, taking the helm to run and grow ProCalcs. You don't need to be an HVAC expert—that knowledge already lives within our team—but you must understand business, be hands‑on, and not be afraid to get your hands dirty when needed. You will:

• Set and Execute the Vision and Strategy. Develop and implement the company's strategic plan and mission. Use data and market insights to position ProCalcs ahead of the competition and foresee potential issues before they become urgent.
• Lead and Inspire. Build and guide the executive team, fostering collaboration, accountability and a culture of trust. Help shape roles and place people where they fit best so they can thrive.
• Ensure Financial & Operational Health. Oversee budgets, cash flow and fundraising; ensure financial sustainability and growth. Optimize systems, spot bottlenecks and streamline workflows like a Formula 1 pit crew.
• Represent ProCalcs Externally. Be the face of the company, maintaining relationships with clients, partners and investors, and representing us in the industry. Perfect English is essential—you must communicate clearly and confidently.
• Foster Innovation and Continuous Improvement. Encourage ideas and programs that improve processes and the customer experience. Identify problems early, delegate effectively and involve the right team members to implement solutions.
• Cultivate an Amazing Remote Culture. Our remote environment can be fast‑paced and chaotic. It's your job to ensure the team remains engaged, has fun and feels part of something bigger.

What We're Looking For

• Seasoned Operator. 8+ years in a senior leadership role (CEO, COO or equivalent) with a proven track record of scaling organizations and driving strategic direction.
• Hands‑On Leader. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, dive into the details and work alongside your team when necessary. You delegate effectively but you don't delegate responsibility.
• Business & Financial Acumen. You understand operations, revenue models and cash‑flow management. You make decisions based on data, not just gut feelings.
• Culture Builder. You lead by example, uphold ethics and integrity, and cultivate a culture of accountability and respect. You recognize and reward loyalty and professionalism.
• Remote Team Champion. Experience managing geographically dispersed teams; you know how to keep people aligned and motivated across time zones.
• Perfect English. You must speak and write flawless English so you can engage with U.S. clients, stakeholders and the board.
