Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our services, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. Your main goal is to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market the company's logistics and shipping services to potential and existing clients.
- Provide accurate and relevant information about service offerings to help clients make informed decisions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Manage client accounts and support them throughout the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to post-sales follow-up.
- Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery.
- Address and resolve client concerns, inquiries, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide clients with cost estimates, payment terms, and estimated delivery schedules.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline updates, and market feedback through regular reports.
- Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
