JOB SUMMARY:

The Trade Marketing Associate acts as the frontline for execution for Trade Marketing. They engage directly with the field sales team and customers and provide insights and observations so as to strengthen execution. The role is heavy on organizing and executing the different programs and the supervisor leads in engaging the stakeholders to allow for execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan & Lead

• Communicates and ensures the availability and delivery of the resources across the sales teams
• Ensures execution in the field by engaging the members of the sales teams
• Provides recommendations to improve current execution and at times may be tasked to handle tactical Trade Marketing activities
• Takes the lead in spearheading specific developmental projects for the assigned channel/account

Organize and Control

• Leads in the frontline in responding to clarifications, concerns, and queries from field sales in reference to existing Trade Marketing programs
• Conducts store visits to monitor the implementation of trade marketing initiatives and to gather field information
• Ensures compliance to set execution timelines by coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders
• Utilizes SAP to ensure proper monitoring of trade marketing resources and provides reports for analysis

Educational Background:

Graduate of B.S. Marketing or any business related courses with good scholastic records.

Professional Experience:

At least 0-1 years experience in a trade marketing role or field sales role.
