Job Description

The Trade Marketing Assistant is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and materials for on-trade and off-trade accounts. This role involves creating impactful marketing collaterals, coordinating with the graphic artist, and presenting programs to clients to support sales and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Collaterals Development:

  • Design and develop marketing materials for on-trade and off-trade accounts, including promotional tools, signage, and displays.
  • Coordinate with the graphic artist for layouts and designs, ensuring timely delivery of high quality outputs.
  • Edit and create marketing materials when the graphic artist is unavailable, ensuring deadlines are met.

Program Presentation and Execution:

  • Develop and present marketing programs and campaigns tailored to the needs of specific accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with account objectives and sales targets.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing programs and promotions in assigned accounts.

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns.
  • Work closely with suppliers, printers, and other vendors to produce marketing materials.
  • Ensure all marketing collaterals are consistent with the brand's identity and guidelines.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations for improving the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Track the performance of trade marketing activities and generate reports to measure their impact.

Event Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, activations, and promotional activities for accounts.
  • Ensure all event materials and setups align with the brand and campaign objectives.

Reporting Line:

  • This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
